CRM · AI inside · modules for your industry

Not a subscription to someone else's CRM, but your own system built around your process.

One core: enquiries, deals, tasks, email, analytics. Inside it, an AI that reads the correspondence, answers at night and assembles documents. On top, modules for your industry. Code and data stay yours, the server sits in the EU.

ZEMCHENKO CRM · WORKING SCREEN
Diagnosis

Where it hurts today

Four things come up in almost every conversation with a company of 5 to 25 people.

Enquiries in four places

Email, WhatsApp, the form on the website, a phone call. Not one list that shows who has been waiting for an answer the longest.

At night nobody answers

The customer writes at 22:40. By morning they have written to the competitor who replied first – even with a template.

The subscription grows, the data is not yours

Every seat costs. Every integration raises the plan. The export is a CSV – the logic stays with the vendor.

An off-the-shelf CRM does not know your industry

No floor plan, no run of the day, no specification, no acceptance protocol. All of it lives in Excel next to the CRM.

The core of the system

Every screen answers one question

The path as it happens in life: enquiry → lead → quote → deal → report. Real screens of the system, not marketing pictures.

Email, the website form, a messenger – one list. Waiting time on the left, what to do on the right. «Waiting for a reply» is a filter, not a feeling.

AI inside the work

Not a separate chatbot, but an assistant inside the work itself

The copilot lives in records and lists: it reads the correspondence, prepares a draft, assembles a document. The decision always stays with you – on a button. Five workplaces, five tabs.

Choose a workplace

A panel that knows where it is open

In an organization – the history of the relationship and the risks. In a deal – what is blocking the close. In a conversation – a draft reply. One panel, different reading.

The legal frame is built into the interface

The market is Germany. An outgoing message without consent is a risk under § 7 UWG, so the assistant has no automatic sending. A customer's «do not write» is stored with a date and outweighs any new brief. Personal data is hidden from contractors by default. GDPR and the AI Act are not a footnote in the footer, they are how the screens behave.

After the sale

The sale is over – the work has begun

Off-the-shelf CRMs end at the word «won». Here the project and the contractor's access carry on – in the same system, without a second tool.

Two screens – switch between them

Project: the work board

A won deal grows into a project with stages, dates and hours. The customer stays the same, the history does not break.

Does this look like your process – or does it need to be different?

Describe the situation in two lines. I will answer within 24 hours and tell you what of this you need and what you do not.

Modules for your industry

One core – the extension is yours

On top of the core sits the module of your business: your own objects, your own fields, your own portal for the customer. Thirteen directions, each with its own customer portal. Click a tile – I will show the real interface. The list grows: a new direction is added right here.

The client sees their booking, the seating plan and the run of the evening – and sends changes on a button instead of a free-form email.

BookingFloor planRun of the evening

The couple sees one run of the day, the status of every supplier and their own budget. The agency stops forwarding spreadsheets: changes arrive in the system as tasks.

Run of the daySuppliersBudget

The client checks the status of their enquiry, approves the drawing and sees the shipment with its number. Specification and standards are separate fields, not an attached PDF.

EnquiriesSpecificationsShipments

A plan version is an object, not a file in the inbox. You can see who approved, what changed between V2 and V3 and whose decision is being waited on.

SitesApprovalsVersions

The crew uploads photos from the site, the client watches the progress and signs the acceptance in the portal. A complaint stays in the system, not in an email thread.

StagesAcceptancePhoto reports

The customer approves extra work with one button – not on the phone between two lifts. The history by VIN stays in the system.

VehicleWorkEstimate

Order, availability, repeat purchase – in one place. The till and the stockroom do not need two programs.

ProductsStockRegulars

Booking without back-and-forth, a reminder a day ahead, treatment history with the stylist.

Online bookingStaffRepeat visits

A reservation, a banquet enquiry and the event menu – one list instead of a notebook at the host stand.

Table bookingsBanquetsSuppliers

Who has stopped coming and whose membership runs out – visible before the person is gone.

MembershipsTimetableAttendance

Property, viewing, contract and deadline – one chain. Who was interested in what does not get lost.

PropertiesViewingsContracts

Appointment, treatment plan and reminder – without calls by hand. Patient data sits apart from the correspondence.

Order, run, vehicle and papers are linked. The customer sees the status without calling the dispatcher.

Your directionThe list of modules grows

Describe what lives in Excel next to your CRM. I will build a module for it: your own objects, your own fields, a portal for the customer.

Discuss a module
Why your own system

Three differences you see after a year

01

The code and the data are yours

The system runs on your server in the EU. No fee per seat, no higher plan for an integration, no «that feature is on the Enterprise plan». If you want to hand it to another developer – you hand over the repository.

02

The AI is built into the work

The assistant is not a separate window you copy text into. It is in the record, in the list, in the message – and everything it suggests goes through your button.

03

A module for your industry

Floor plan, run of the day, specification, acceptance protocol, customer portal – what off-the-shelf CRMs do not have and what usually stays in Excel.

How we work

Four steps and one person responsible

REC · 4 STEPS
STEP 01

A 40-minute conversation

I look at how an enquiry travels through your company today. No presentations.

STEP 02

A map of the system

Which sections are needed, which modules are yours, what gets built first. With the price for the job.

STEP 03

The core in the first weeks

First the part that takes the pain away: inbox, deals, tasks. You work in the system while it grows.

STEP 04

Modules and AI

The industry module, the customer portal, the auto-reply, the assistant – one at a time, each tried in real work.

I do not publish prices: they depend on the scope and are calculated per job – after the conversation. That is more honest than a price list pulled out of the air.

Order the system

Describe the task – I will build the system for it

Two lines are enough. If out of everything described you need three screens, I will say so plainly rather than sell you twenty-six.

  • I answer myself – not a sales manager.
  • The first conversation commits you to nothing.
  • The data from this form goes into this very system – you can look at how that works from the inside.
What is needed first

By submitting the form you agree to the processing of your data in line with the privacy policy. The data is stored in the EU and is not passed on to third parties.
